Maioma Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from Maioma. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy and fair returns process. This policy outlines your rights and obligations when returning items purchased through our platform.
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item is not a Final Sale or Non-Returnable product, such as:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or made-to-order items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Go to your Maioma account > My Orders > Request a Return, or contact us at returns@maioma.com.
- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
Return shipping
- For defective, incorrect, or damaged items: Return shipping is free.
- For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size):
- If you paid by card or digital wallet, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), you must cover the return shipping costs upfront.
We recommend using a tracked service for all returns. Maioma is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we or the brand partner receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds are issued as follows:
- Card/Digital payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: Refunded as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference.
Please note:
- Shipping fees (original delivery cost) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or damage.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank or payment account again
- Contact your card provider or bank
