It is your responsibility to read the Terms prior to using the Website and the services we offer (the "Services"). By accessing and using the Website, you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you do not consent to these Terms, you must cease access and use of the Website.

When you place an order through our Website (an "Order"), you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Terms posted on our Website.

We aim to make our Website and Services accessible and available to all our customer. However, to use the Website and place Orders, you must be at least 18 years of age, and able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted payment methods; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (iii) enter into binding contracts with us.

3. Our Services

The Services we offer allow you to search through the Website and purchase products from a large number of third party retailers ("Partner(s)") boutiques and brands worldwide. As part of the Services, we also provide some ancillary services such as arranging delivery of the products, and providing you with customer service assistance.The contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the relevant Partner. This means that is is the Partner (not us) who is legally responsible for selling the products to you. It is important that you understand that you understand that we are acting as agent on behalf of the Partners, which are the principals. You are not purchasing the products from us. We are authorised by the relevant Partners to conclude the contract on their behalf but we are not a party to that contract and you are not purchasing the products from us. or through us as your agent. 

Please note that the delivery logistics service is being provided by us and/or our logistics partner to you and as such you are entering into a contract for delivery services provided by us and/or our logistics partner to deliver products on behalf of Partners. Your contract with us is concluded once the products have been delivered to you by the courier.

4. Placing Orders

When you place and Order, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price and currency displayed for each product on the Website, in addition to any service changes such as delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable, at the time of placing the Order. We will send you an email and/or text message acknowledging the receipt of your Order. The contract between you and the Partner will be formed when we send this confirmation of the order price.

The Website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before completing a purchase. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process as you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate (for example, the correct products, quantities, size, colour, etc.). We may reject Orders at our sole discretion including for reasons such as errors in prices of products, ineligibility, inability of process payment, suspected fraud, suspected violation of the prohibition on commercial use of our Website, shipping restrictions or stock unavailability.

5. Stock Availability

Items in your Website bag are not reserved until your order is placed, paid for in full and accepted by us. Our website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of a particular item. The information provided on the Website is only an estimate and may not be up to date at the time of placing an order due to the frequency of the transactions that are carried out on our Website. We cannot guarantee that an item displayed as in-stock on our Website at the time you placed it in your bag will be available at the time you place the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you and arrange for a full refund to your original payment method.
